Description

BodyMindLife’s 200-hour teacher training program provides the foundation of yoga practice and philosophy required for graduates to competently and safely teach dynamic group and private yoga classes.

Deeply rooted in the timeless principles of Ayurveda, Hatha and Raja Yoga; we use the traditional wisdom bestowed upon us by the ancient yogis infused with a modern understanding of the human body and consciousness.

The full-time course is held during a residential retreat over the period of one month, allowing students to experience a total immersion into a yogic lifestyle amidst beautiful natural surroundings whilst undertaking their studies. This format is perfect for individuals who enjoy an accelerated learning environment and want to fast-track their studies.

The venue for the retreat is Bawley Bush Cottages, a 4 star eco-retreat on the NSW South Coast. Bawley Bush Cottages is stylish, comfortable and self-catered. On 40 acres of iconic south coast habitat, all buildings have a rustic feel that suit their bush setting. Wi-fi internet access is available in all cottages.
